Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before. Stay hydrated. Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications before your session. Arrive or be ready 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle.

We currently accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is made at the time of service. For package bookings a deposit may be required to confirm the session. Contact us for bank details when booking.
